About Tracy

Tracy first started practicing Pilates when she experienced prolonged back pain. Committing to a Pilates practice allowed her to strengthen her core and alleviate her back pain, avoiding back surgery. Tracy’s passion for Pilates continued and she became certified in mat and equipment through Peak Pilates.

She holds additional certifications in personal training through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), ACE certifications in Spinning and Group Fitness, and CPR.

Tracy’s joy in teaching is to help individuals stay healthy, enhance body awareness, and enjoy life by continuing to move!
