About Sasha
Sasha Nunez PT, DPT, CMPT, PMA®-CPT was first introduced to Pilates at the New World School of the Arts High School in Florida where she was training in ballet and modern dance.
Early in her career, she became a certified Pilates instructor for rehabilitation through Polestar Pilates. She received her BS degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Miami.
Using Pilates as a tool to rehab patients of all levels of injuries and diagnoses, she has gained valuable experience to transition clients back to fitness or to start them on the Pilates journey.
