About Kaylee

Kaylee is a fully certified Pilates instructor, trained at Club Pilates through the Balanced Body method. Her certification includes mat, reformer, chair, springboard, ladder barrel, spine corrector, and Cadillac.

With a background in MIS, Kaylee experienced ongoing neck and shoulder pain, which led her to discover Pilates in 2020. Inspired by its positive impact, she became passionate about the practice and decided to become an instructor.

Kaylee is also CPR certified and is currently working toward her pre- and postnatal Pilates certification. As a member of the Pilates Method Alliance, she is committed to promoting the life-changing benefits of Pilates for improved posture, strength, and overall well-being.
