About Heather
Heather first heard of Pilates in the 1990s. While it wasn’t until 2001 that she had her first lesson, she knew within a few months that she wanted to be more involved with the work. So, after training for five years, she began what turned into an over 900 hour apprenticeship, becoming certified through Romana’s Pilates in 2007. She has taught approximately 15,000 hours of Pilates since then.
Prior to that, she has studied anthropology & philosophy, worked mostly in Human Resources and traveled some.
